work with me
As a trauma specialist, I work with individuals, couples and families as well as professional service providers and support workers. I help those:
Carrying the weight of trauma or complex PTSD (CPTSD)
You might be feeling shut down or stuck in patterns that once protected you but now hold you back. You're ready to experience genuine connection—with yourself and others—and discover what it means to feel truly alive.
Navigating complex relationship dynamics including toxic or narcissistic relationships
I offer specialist support to help you break free of toxic relationship dynamics, set boundaries, and rebuild trust in yourself, build intimacy in your relationships and live from a wholehearted self, creating fulfilling relationships.
Living between cultures, expats & culturally displaced
Living as an expat, an intercultural couple, or someone experiencing displacement presents unique challenges—especially if you're feeling isolated, misunderstood, or caught between worlds.
Support or service professionals
Trauma training for NGO workers, teachers, counsellors, and social workers—committed to serving others and seeking practical trauma competence skills that build resilience, prevent burnout, and support your own wellbeing alongside your professional growth.
NARM® therapy and trauma counselling in Vienna & online Find safety, connection, and aliveness again.
I offer NARM® therapy (NeuroAffective Relational Model) and counselling both in Vienna and online, providing specialised care for complex trauma that goes beyond surface-level coping strategies. NARM® therapy addresses the root patterns that keep you disconnected from yourself and others.

Couples therapy & relationship counselling Trauma Transformation in Relationships
Trauma doesn’t just live in the past — it shapes how we love, communicate, and connect.
Together, we’ll uncover patterns of protection and pain, transforming disconnection into safety and intimacy.
For couples navigating:
- Emotional distance or conflict
- Trauma-triggered reactions in partnership
- Trust, attachment, and intimacy struggles
- Recovery from narcissistic or controlling dynamics
Available in English, German and Chinese.
Children & Family Counselling
In one minute of play, more can be discovered than in a thousand words. I help children to address and resolve their own problems. Through play counselling and Caregiver coaching, children learn to communicate with others, express feelings, modify behaviour, develop problem-solving skills, and learn a variety of ways of relating to others.
Towards wholesome family life:
- Supporting children through difficult times and trauma
- Empowering parents & caregivers to raise children wholeheartedly

I provide specialised online therapy for expats, internationally mobile professionals, and cross-cultural clients, combining deep expertise in complex trauma with firsthand experience of building a life across cultures.
