Find safety, connection, and aliveness again.
My approach blends body, mind, social, heart and spiritual aspects of a person, and is rooted in the NeuroAffective Relational Model® (NARM®), a truly holistic view of a person.
Healing does not come from “fixing” you — it comes from reconnecting with who you truly are.

Couples therapy & Relationship counselling Healing Trauma in Relationships, including Cross-cultural Couples Counselling
Trauma doesn’t just live in the past — it shapes how we love, communicate, and connect.
Together, we’ll uncover patterns of protection and pain, transforming disconnection into safety and intimacy.
Couples often come to me for support with:
- Emotional distance or recurring conflict
- Trauma-triggered reactions in the relationship
- Difficulty with trust, closeness, or communication
- Navigating controlling, manipulative, or narcissistic dynamics
- Repairing after relational ruptures
Grounded in trauma-sensitive, culturally attuned relational work, sessions help partners better understand each other’s emotional world and rebuild safety together.
Available in English, German and Chinese.
Parent & Caregiver Counselling
Parents and caregivers often seek support when stress, cultural transitions, or complex family dynamics feel overwhelming. I help you understand attachment needs, how to regulate emotions, and strengthen the secure base your family relies on.
Children use play as their natural language to express feelings and experiences they cannot yet verbalise. Play therapy supports them in coping with emotional stress, behavioural difficulties, and traumatic experiences. I also help children with social or behavioural challenges and problems related to stress, trauma or attachment.

A Multicultural, Cross-Cultural Approach not just for Internationals, Expats, Globally Mobile Persons
My work is shaped by years of supporting people across cultures, languages, and countries — and by my own lived experience of navigating life abroad.
I understand the emotional impact of relocation, the identity shifts that come with starting over in a new culture, and the quiet loneliness of feeling “different” or “in-between.”
This is why my practice is especially supportive of:
-
Expats and internationally mobile individuals navigating major life transitions
-
Intercultural and global families seeking understanding across emotional and cultural differences
-
People who feel “foreign,” “different,” or unsure where they belong
-
Those who grew up between cultures or in mixed-cultural families (TCK’s)
-
Individuals rebuilding themselves after leaving controlling or emotionally complex environments.
I bring a culturally attuned, globally informed perspective into every session — meeting you with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for your story.
